Speech log shows at bottom of Event Log
Live line can be navigated by saying "next" and "previous"
Text starts as being selected when entered using Speech so it can be overwritten
Added "cpg" as another word that can be used for "cardioplegia".
Added "note" as a stand alone word to go to note box.
